Federal Law now prohibits any financial institution, directly or though its affiliates, from sharing nonpublic personal information about our client with a nonaffiliated third party unless the institution provides them with a notice of its privacy policies and practices. This notice must include the type of information that it collects about our clients and the categories of persons or entities to whom it may be disclosed. In compliance with the law, we are providing our clients with this document to notify them of the privacy policies and practices of Hopkins Financial Services, Inc.

We may collect nonpublic personal information about our clients from the following sources:

*Information we receive from our clients such as on applications or other forms.

*Information about clients from transactions we secure from our files or from our affiliates.

*Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency and/or financial institution.

*Information that we receive from others involved in this transaction such as the real estate agent and/or broker.

We retain records relating to professional services that we provide so that we are better able to assist our clients with professional needs and, in some cases, to comply with professional guidelines. In order to guard nonpublic personal information, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations and our own professional standards.
At this time, it is our policy not to share nonpublic personal information with any non-affiliated third parties. In the event our policy changes you will be notified and given the chance to opt out of such disclosures.
